Appointments & Scheduling
We make every effort to find a suitable time for your appointments with flexible hours to meet the needs of your busy lifestyle. We respect your time and will reserve the time requested exclusively for you. With a thriving office, we ensure that we keep as close to our schedule as possible and ask that you respect the time of your appointment to ensure we can keep our day moving smoothly. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require two business days for cancellation. If appropriate notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge a short notice fee for the time lost.
To help you keep your appointments we offer reminders via phone or email two days prior to your appointment. These friendly reminders are provided with your permission and allow you enough time to cancel your appointment within the required time.
Dental Safety Policies
We take every precaution to ensure you receive treatment in a sterile, hygienic environment. We use leading-edge sterilization systems in hand with very strict infection control procedures to protect you and your family. We are also equipped with advanced digital X-Ray technology to minimize radiation exposure to its lowest level. All treatment rooms are outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure you receive the highest quality treatment. We have created a “paperless” office and all wastewater is filtered to remove mercury particles and other hazardous waste. This supports are a belief that the future of our children depends on a clean environment.
